Patient Reviews of Our Rochester Dental Office

I've been searching high and low for a Dentist that I am comfortable with after having a bad experience a few years ago, and I found a gem in East Ave Dentistry! The staff is so nice and accomodating, and they let me know what they're going to do before they put any tool into my mouth, which eases my nerves. The facility is super comfortable, and they are the only dentist I've ever seen with massage chairs and a TV in each area, to make me comfortable while they're working on my teeth. I've finally found a Dentist I can trust with my care, and that understands my sensitivities as someone on the Spectrum, and works with that. I would recommend this office to anyone searching for a new Dentist!

Very professional and extremely friendly people work in this office! Starting from the time you walk into the office, you are warmly greeted! The hygienist was very thorough and so professional! I am very pleased with the amazing care I received at East Avenue Dentistry!

From the minute you walk in you are made to feel more relaxed by the warm and friendly office staff. Sheri has been my hygienist for many years and goes out of her way to make me feel important and special every time I see her. I just had a crown done and was introduced to Dr. Hillman. I can't express enough how absolutely amazing she is!! She was so very gentle, compassionate and kind and took her time to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process. She even called to check on me the day after the major work needed for the crown process. I have never had that before in all my years of having dental work done. Thank you Dr. Hillman for truly caring and thank you to both dental assistants who worked with her (Cassie and Michaela) who were both absolutely wonderful. Changing dental offices after over 30 years (due to my previous dentist retiring) was stressful but I couldn't ask for a better new office to be starting over with.

i have been a patient for many years, Dr. Harry has been my main dentist. He always makes you feel welcome and does what he can to satisfy your needs,! Dr. Harry is now kind of cutting back will be going to who ever is available in the future! as of now i am just getting teeth cleaned from a wonderful girl MELONI (SIC?) . very concerned about your care. newly expanded facility just recently JUST GREAT

Dr. Luna and her entire staff are beyond "Excellent", providing the absolute Highest Quality service and great care and knowledge, taking care of all their patients ! We highly recommend many new patients to let East Ave. dentists become your permanent dentists for all of your dental needs...They are all the best we have ever seen....and a special acknowledgement to Lisa and her office staff, they also go above and beyond everything to help all of their patients, with her expertise !! I met with Dr. Brittany Kraft, I was always afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Kraft was very professional, knowledgeable, and really cared about my needs. I now have my whole family of five switching their regular dentist and going to Dr. Brittany Kraft ! ! !

Great group of caring individuals, the dentist and staff. Best dental experience I have ever had. I am no longer afraid of dental work.
